Description

The U.S. Army, Fort Carson, Colorado intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Pro/File Systems Inc. , Denver, CO for 1 lot Pro/File Systems model #2460WC Wire Partition system with dual locking swing doors. This is a sole source procur ement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Other Than Open Competition (FAR 6.320-1). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however; any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contra cting Officer within three days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed above. Responses received will be evaluated, h owever, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this is solely within the discretion for the Goverement If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source negotiation. R esponses are due by noon 11 February 2005 (MST). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to the following address: patricia.richmond@carson.army.mil. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in ful l text.
