- The Library of Congress (LOC), National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS/BPH), has a requirement to provide reading materials in recorded and braille formats to U.S. residents and U.S. citizens living abroad who are unable to use conventional print materials because of visual and physical limitations. The contractor shall record, duplicate, package and distribute Spanish language cassette books and also provide a Digital Talking Book (DTB) review copy in accordance with the solicitation document and the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS/BPH) Specifications #202, #203, #300, #403, #701, #1202 and #1203. The solicitation number LC050036 will be available on or about February 2, 2005. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-JAN-2005).
