- A two day conference will be held for Small Business Liaison Officers on February 22& 23, 2005 at George Mason University, Fairfax, VA, Johnson Center, 4400 University Drive, Fairfax, VA 22030. This special event will be hosted by the DoD Small Business Council for Education and Advocacy Washington, D.C. and George Mason University Procurement Technical Assistance Program. Welcoming remarks start at 8:00 a.m. on February 22 and a networking reception will be held that evening. Cost is $225, with a $50 discount for federal employee SBLO's. This conference will focus on current initiatives in the federal small business subcontracting program that will have a major impact on large business firms in the near future. The program will provide two full days of ideas presented by federal agency representatives and large and small business firms to develop into opportunities to enhance small business subcontracting programs for large business firms.
