On February 23, 2005 at 6:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m., at George Mason University Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP), 4031 University Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22030, the seminar Successful Teaming and Subcontracting will be held. It will be presented by Kenneth D. Brody, David, Brody & Dondershine, LLP, and the cost is still only $45.00. This course is designed to teach and help small businesses develop successful teaming and subcontract relationships with large businesses and other small business and individuals. We will examine the purpose of these agreements, examine the meaning of various provisions, contained in these agreements and discuss strategies for negotiations.
