Description

The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to perform the following repair work to the Draft Tube Tailrace Stoplogs at the Bonneville Second Powerhouse located in Cascade Locks, Oregon: The repairs will consist of removing and replacing th e majority of the full penetration welds in the A36 skin plate (max plate thickness is 1 3/8). The repaired welds will need to pass 100% ultrasonic testing before being accepted by the Government. Bonnevilles crane will assist in placing each of the 12 , 45,000 lb tailrace stoplogs onto the Contractors trucks, where the Contractor will transport the tailrace stoplogs off site and repair them. Once repairs are made, the Contractor shall paint the tailrace stoplogs with a vinyl paint system and transport the tailrace stoplogs back to the Project. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set Aside with a NAICS Code 332312 and a size standard of 500 employees. For technical questions contact Patick Duyck at 503-808-4917.
