Description

The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Lake Berryessa Field Office, Napa, CA. has a requirement for sealing and re-striping various parking areas throughout the greater Oak Shores Day use area. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to perform the following work and work described further in these specifications. Throughout the individual areas which have been designated for sealing and re-striping which include Smittle day use parking lot, Visitor Center parking lot, Administration area parking lot, Dormitory parking area, Coyote Beach parking lot and Coyote Knolls parking lot, the contractor shall: (1) Broom and blow clean the parking lots and roadway to be sealed and or painted prior to beginning work; (2) Seal cracks in the above parking lots and areas using a "hot crack" machine or equal; (3) Apply on coat of Asphalt Emulsion Seal-Cote "Duraseal" or equal on the above listed parking lot areas; (4) Re-stripe parking lots painted lines using the existing configuration. The Accessible parking areas must be painted in accordance with present ADA compliance requirements. The prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) prior to award. Offerors are advised that failure to register will render your firm ineligible for award. The estimated price range for this acquisition is $25,000 to $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 238990.
