- Description
- This is modification #9 to the synopsis entitled Occupational Medicine and Occupational Health Contract (OMOHC), which was posted on August 13, 2004. You are notified that the following changes are made: Modification #9 is to release a copy of the DRAFT RFP for the OMOHC and provide an updated schedule for this procurement. Potential Offerors are notified that a Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on February 16, 2005 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Johnson Space Center, Gilruth Center, Alamo Room, Houston, Texas. Badges are required for the conference; therefore contractors must register in advance to attend. Contact Carol Devany at omohseb@ems.jsc.nasa.gov to complete registration on or before February 10, 2005. Any contractors that have not registered to receive badges will not be permitted on site. Please note that clearance CANNOT be obtained for Foreign Nationals; therefore, only US citizens may attend. Seating will be limited at the conference. Each contractor is requested to limit attendees to no more than 5. If the overall maximum number is exceeded even with this limitation, the number of attendees from each offeror may be reduced to accommodate all offerors wishing to attend. The purpose of this conference is to allow the contractors to view work site locations and address general questions on the Draft RFP. Although general questions may be addressed during the pre-proposal conference, the offeror?s are reminded that the answer will not be official until it is posted in a modification to this notice. Additionally, if an official answer is desired, the question must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. E-mails are the preferred method for submitting questions. Questions may be submitted at any time until 11 am CST on February 22, 2005. After that time, no further questions will be accepted to the DRFP for comments. The anticipated release date for the final RFP is on or about March 23, 2005; with an anticipated offer due date of April 25, 2005. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
