Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) has an unrestricted requirement for maintenance services on government-owned instruments/equipment manufactured by Beckman, Tomy and Sorvall, at the NIH, Rocky Mountain Laboratories, Hamilton, MT. It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed price 12-month contract with options to renew for 4 (four) successive 12-month periods beginning on April 1, 2005. The Contractor will be required to perform on-site preventive maintenance inspections, and emergency repair services. The instruments/equipment to be serviced include 26 centrifuges, 18 ultra-centrifuges, 1 chromatograph instrument, 4 nuclear instruments, 7 spectrophotometers and 1 imaging instrument. Response time for emergency repairs shall be within 48 hours. The RFP will be available for download from Fedbizops on or about Feb 17, 2005. No paper copies will be distributed.
