Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items or services in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FDA-SOL-05-00021. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-27, January 1, 2005. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for the acquisition is 334419. Size Standard 500 Employees.
