Description

This acquisition is to modify contract F09603-01-D-0079 with AIL/EDO, Lancaster CA to upgrade/install the High Power and Millimeter Wave Options, currently on contract, to a BEQ of 30 each previously delivered PLM-4 Low Power units. These units will be input at NSN 6625-01-472-8388EW, PN FT0100-1 and output as NSN 6625-01-516-8238EW, PN FT0100-5. The acquisition will be sole source to AIL/EDO. Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the PCO identified herein for additioanl information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. See notes 22,26
