- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Fleet Contracting Center, Mayport Fl intends to purchase on a sole source basis to Provide labor, material, equipment, facilities, transportation and management for twenty-four hour, seven days a week customer Trouble Reporting for government-furnished microwave system via an OC-3 interface bi-directional connectivity transport service between Naval Air Station Jacksonville and Naval Station Mayport Florida. specifications, clauses and requirements apply.
