If you are NOT and need a copy of the Amended RPP contact Barbara Byrnes, eme1bmt@aol.com, (703) 212-8030, Ext.223 contact same in order to obtain an application and become a member. If ARE a member and have NOT received an email, contact Barbara Byrnes. The proposals are due 1200 EST March 10. A late March early April award is forecasted.
