- Description
- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract for the development of Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC) and Command and Control Compact Edition (C2CE) software including integration and interoperability enhancements. This solicitation will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Defense Mission Systems located in San Diego, California. Interests of subcontracting opportunities are directed to contact Northrop Grumman directly. The Point of Contact at Northrop Grumman for subcontracting opportunities is Mr. Ed Constantine, phone 858-621-5401. Performance is to commence in April 2005 for up to three years.
