Description
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-27. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS code for the requirement is 511210. The size standard is $21.0 million. The Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) has a requirement for Emergency Operation Command Center WebEOC? Professional Standard Software, WebEOC? Second Server Software, and MapTac? Software. These software programs are a comprehensive management tool for use in an Emergency Operations environment. The contractor shall provide a list of specifications for computer hardware to be compatible to the WebEOC? Professional Standard Software, WebEOC? Second Server Software, and MapTac? Software. The contractor shall install three (3) each LCD projectors, ceiling mounted, to support the software programs and provide on-site training and technical services to ensure CDP personnel are proficient with the software programs. The contractor should include any travel costs to support this requirement. Software updates and maintenance costs should be included. Items of Supplies/Services: 1 each WebEOC? Professional Standard Software; 1 Each WebEOC? Second Server Software; 1 Each MapTac? Software; 1 Each Multi-Monitor Video Card; 3 Each LCD Projector 3500 Lumen; 1 each Spare Lamp; 3 Each Ceiling Mount; 3 each Ceiling Telescope Column and Plate; 3 Each Enhanced VGA Monitor Cable, M/M, 100 feet; 1 each Miscellaneous Installation Material; 1 Each Installation and Training; Technical Services each additional day onsite (travel included); Travel and Per Diem; Shipping and Handing. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR); the web site for registration is http://www.bpn.gov if registration has not been accomplished.
