Description: The Forest Service requires reforestation of 223 acres on the Salmon/Cobalt Ranger District, Salmon-Challis National Forest, Lemhi County, Idaho. This project will be advertised as a performance-based commercial item written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The performance period will be 11 calendar days. Work is estimated to start May 20, 2005. Quotes are due at 3:00 p.m. MST, March 24, 2005. The solicitation will be available on approximately February 22, 2005, and can be downloaded from this site at that time. All responsible vendors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. You may register at www.ccr.gov.
