Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for the production of a Isotopically labeled Folic Acid Standard Reference Material (SRM). NIST is working with the National Institutes of Health to produce a multi-vitamin/multi-element SRM. Liquid Chromatogrphy (LC) with mass spectrometric (MS) detection will be one of the analytical techniques used to assign values for the vitamin concentrations in this material, and stable isotope labeled vitamins are necessary for the use as internal standards. ***FOB shall be Destination, Gaithersburg, Maryland. *** The NAICS code is 325413 with a size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is unrestricted and all interested Contractor?s may submit a quote.***The competitive Request for Quotation, specifications, RFQ amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement shall be made available via the Internet at HTTP://WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV under RFQ number SB1341-04-Q-0303. ***The RFQ is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about February 22, 2004, and will only be available via the Internet at the above web site.***Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site. Interested parties must respond to the RFQ in order to be considered for award of any resultant purchase order. No written solicitation document available, telephone requests shall not be honored, and no bidders list shall be maintained.
