Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Hasler, Incorporated, the incumbent contractor, who originally supplied the mailing equipment to the Government. Hasler, Incorporated is the only source to continue the maintenance of the mailing equipment that is Government owned. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. See Notes 22 and 26. The contracting activity is the U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA, Office of Finance and Administration, Acquisition Management Division, OFA/Office of External Customers Division. The award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13.
