Data is claimed to be proprietary to Boeing and is protected under the "Government Purpose License Rights" (GPLR) The right of the government, to use that data to purchase this part from additional sources has been established under the "Government Purpose License Rights", settlement agreement in CL. CT.#309-89C., to provide the DOD procuring agencies the use of the data claimed to be proprietary by Boeing for competitive reprocurement of replenishment spares. The requirements of FAR 9.202(A) have been completed and copies of the qualification requirements and standards may be obtained as described in this solicitation. Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions of obtaining further information on this requirement. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements is cited in each individual solicitation.
