Description: Project No. LXEZ 05-8597, Repair/Replace HVAC System, Kadena Elementary School, Building 2415, Wings F, G, H, I, & L, Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan the work includes, but is not limited to replace the entire hydronic system, HVAC controls, air handling units, chillers, and all other mechanical equipment and provide new split system heat pumps, energy recovery units (ERU) HVAC system and consisting of civil, architectural and electrical works and incidental related work in strict compliance with contract specification and drawings subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTY OF JAPAN.
