Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Defense Contracting Command- Washington, on behalf of the Office of the Army Command and Control Support Agency intends to issue a purchase order for a Spectra Logic T950 and RX model tape and disk library system for classified information storage. This is a brand name or equal requirement. This requirement will be a 100% small business set-aside. The Small Business Size Standard is $1.0 million dollars. For a copy of the Request for Qu ote, please refer to W74V8H-05-T-0084 on the DCC-W homepage located at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/RFP1.asp. Offerors must ensure that the provision at 52-212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items is filled out and ret urned with your proposal. Written comments or questions should be submitted no later than 14 February 2005. Proposal packages and are to be submitted by 1:00 p.m., local time, 21 February 2005.
