Description

This Solicitation is for a 5 year IDIQ Requirements contract for the following spare parts to the M9 Pistol: NOUN: Barrel, Pistol, NSN:1005-01-204-4337, P/N:9346422 and NOUN: Block, Locking, Barrel, NSN: 1005-01-204-4340, P/N: 9346425. FOB is Origi n with quantities and delivery schedules to be included in the solicitation. Estimated issue date is 22 February 2005. This solicitation will incorporate a Technical Data Package (TDP) for these items which will be viewed with the solicitation via the in ternet. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address v ia the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date a nd time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
