This solicitation is restricted to Beretta USA Corporation, 1601 Beretta Drive, Accokeek, MD 20607. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. This notice is published for subcontracting purposes only. This solicitation is to pr ocure 15,956 each M9 Pistol, NSN 1005-01-118-2640, Part Number 9346412. The proposed contract will include a 50% evaluated option. FOB is Origin. Estimated issue date is 22 Feb 2005. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FA R 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
