Description

The United States Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to procure fifty-seven (57) HSI / VSI Mode Selector Modification Kits, S7045-01700-041. The NSN has never been assigned for this Modification Kit, however assignment of a NSN f or the kit is currently in process. These modification kits are for the HH-60L and MH-60, Black Hawk Helicopter. The proposed acquisition will be a Firm Fixed Price order placed against a Sikorsky Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) # N00383-01-G-015N. This w ill be a sole source acquisition IAW FAR 6.302-1 (a) (1) and 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, because the Government does not possess technical data (drawings or specifications) completely defining the form, fit and function of the i tem being procured. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be released on or about February 22, 2005.
