Description

Solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Quantities are: approximately 6900 each MK3 Pallets and 266 each MK12 Pallets. Solicitation will include Range Bidding for MK3 Pallets with a minimum quantity of 3000 and a maximum quantity of 9000 e ach. Both Line items, MK3 and MK12 Pallets are Steel Pallets used for shipping and storage of various ordnance items. Offers for commercial pallets will not be considered. Solicitation will include a 200% Evaluated option for the MK3 Pallet and a 25% Ev aluated Option for the MK12 Pallet. Solicitation issue date is on or about 18 Feb 05 with closing date approximately 12 Apr 05. Award will be based on Best Value criteria identified in the solicitation. Technical Data Packages (TDP) are rated Distributi on D and will not be available on the internet. Requests for TDP should be emailed to Rita.Combs@us.army.mil. All TDP requests must include contractor's cage code and business size. Contractors must be registered in Joint Certification Program (JCP) at: www.dlis.dla.mil/ to receive the TDP.
