Description: The Bureau of Land Management has a need for an Information Receptionist in our Public Room. We need to have a purchase order issued by the 14th of Feburary, 2005. A perosn to receive incoming calls and route calls, direct caller to proper division, answer questions. Greet internal and external visitors promptly and properly with courtesty and professionalism. Ensure security procedures are followed precisely for all visitors to the are. Receive and sign for FEDEX, UPS, Postal Service, Ensure employees are re timely accomplishment of special assignments from Team Leader or Group Administrator, These assignements will be clerical in nature and will be accomplished while attending the Reception Desk.
