Description: Notice of Intent to award a contract to New Jersey Institute of Technology for engineering program coordination services. Coordination of these services requires a preexisting, intimate, working knowledge and first-hand experience of SERDP and the ESTCP program. These programs are done in conjunction with the SERDP and ESTCP program offices, which coordinate all DOD Environmental Research programs. Duties will include identifying and coordinating DOD funded (SERDP/ESTCP) projects; conducting program reviews; interfacing with Tri-Service, DOE and EPA Pollution Prevention program managers.
