- Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department, FISC Norfolk Intends to procure a requirement for a genetic counseling, testing and prenatal diagnosis for the National Capital Area, Tricare Region. In addition, services will include non-retrievable testing for molecular genetic and cytogenetic and cytogenetic diagnoses from blood, tissue, fetal tissues, and amniotic fluid to be performed by a reference laboratory with a proven record of experience, high standards of reliability and service under one contract. This requirement is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with one base and four one-year options, which will be begin on 1 April 2005 through 31 March 2010 using Commercial Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. The applicable NADICS code is 621511. This acquisition will use full and open competition procedures.
