Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for an "Elevator Modernization in Juneau, Alaska" at the Juneau Federal Building & US Court House/Post Office. The works consists of, but is not limited to the general construction of replacement of elevator controls, motor-generator sets, and other related work to the elevators in the Juneau Federal Building and USCH/PO. Work includes related electrical and mechanical work included in the specifications and drawings. Estimated magnitude of this project is from $500,000 to $1,000,000. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Contractors who are interested in bidding on this project must submit a request in writing via fax (907)271-1941 or e-mail the Contracting Officer at christine.scott@gsa.gov. Your request must include the solicitation number (GS10P05XJC0029), company name, address, phone, fax and company point of contact. Requests will not be accepted after 4:00 pm (Alaska Time) on February 15, 2005. A bidder's mailing list will be available after that date. Proposal due date and other pertinent bid information will be included in the solicitation documents. Contractors may only request one set of documents. Subcontracts must request copies of the solicitation documents from the Prime Contractor. Any changes to this pre-soliciation notice will be done by modification.
