Z – This solicitation has changed to GS-07P-05-UDC-7001. The PRE-PROPOSAL WALK-THRU was held on JANUARY 05, 2005, but a 2ND walk-thru will be held in Tulsa on JANUARY 21, 2005 at 1:00 PM. ALL CONTRACTORS DESIRING TO DO THE WALK-THRU MUST SEND THEIR ATTENDEES NAMES AND TITLE, COMPANY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER TO STEVEN CLARK AT 817/978-3974 OR E-MAIL TO stevef.clark@gsa.gov. Two amendments have been issued to all planholders on this project. A copy of the latest plan holders’ list is available. Current Proposal/Offer opening date is February 07, 2005. ..GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Access to the complete solicitation, specifications, drawings, and amendments to the solicitation will be made available only through a secured Extranet site. Interested parties shall email all requests to access the restricted Internet site, for the complete solicitation, to the attention of the POC indicated in this synopsis. This email request should include the name of the contractor's company & their Duns #, the name of the individual designated by the company to access the solicitation and their respective email address (if different from the requester). Additionally, the contractor must review, complete, and return the Document Security Notice (DSN), next paragraph, to the Steven F. Clark, Contracting Officer (fax 817/978-6152). Upon receipt of the completed DSN, and acceptance of the firm's request for access to the restricted site and the solicitation, two separate emails will be transmitted to new users, to the email address provided, assigning a User ID . These emails will provide instructions and requirements for entry into the secured Extranet site and access to the solicitation. It is the contractor’s responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments to the solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-OCT-2004). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 07-FEB-2005, BUT REAPPEARED IN THE FTP FEED FOR THIS POSTING DATE. PLEASE CONTACT fbo.support@gsa.gov REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
