Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Glynco, GA, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for the three following items: Item 001: CPR/AED Adult Skill Card, Part# 656559, 8400 each; Item 002: Bloodborne Pathogens Preventing Disease Transmission book, Part# 655107, 480 packages (25 per pkg.); Item 003: Community First Aid book, Part# 652100, 9024 each. For delivery to Brunswick GA 31524. The reference number for this announcement is 05PTD0011. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. The following FAR Clauses apply to the Synopsis/Solicitation and any subsequent award: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial; 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (Offerors must submit a completed copy with their offer); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; 52.212-5(DEV), Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement statutes of executive Orders -- Commercial Items; 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer – Central Contractor Registration. The required format for submission of quotations is at the discretion of the offeror. RFQs will not be issued. Vendors must be approved and registered in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). Lack of registration in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award. Vendors must provide proof that they are authorized by the American Red Cross to print and distribute ARC materials. Quotations may be evaluated for split award at the discretion of the government.
