Description

This Amendment changes the date responses are due and changes the Statement of Work as follows: 1. Reference Statement of Work Paragraph 1.(5)entitled 'Retreats'. Change to read, 'Youth Retreat,(example would be 'a mountain campout from Friday evening, all day Saturday, and returning to the Fort Carson installation Sunday evening'). The Contractor shall provide services to plan, schedule, coordinate, and attend an event such as this. Contractor shall be responsible for all of their own expenses to conduct this event, including their personal transportation, lodging, and meals. The Government will be responsible for paying for such services for the youth attending an event like this.' 2. Reference Statement of Work Paragraph 1.(6)entitled 'Special Events'. Change to read, 'Special Youth Social Event. The Contractor shall conduct and participate in this event and the event shall last at least two hours. An example of an event such as this is an ice cream social, bowling party, miniature golf, etc.' NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-FEB-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
