Two Non-Tight Shipboard Left Hand Hinged Doors Both doors need to be painted steel and bolted in place. The area of reinforcement needs to be place close to the top of the top 3" of the door panel on the hinge side. Door Specifics need to meet or exceed: Corner Radius is 8 5/8" Fire Rating: B-15 Paint finish: Needs to meet Fed Standards No: 20227 Epoxy Coated Clear Opening: 29" X 69" Door Panel: 1 3/4" Frame Flange: 1 1/2" Frame Seal width: 1/2" with gasket strip Window clear opening width: 8" Window clear opening height:12" Window Frame Outside width: 11 1/4" Window Frame Outside height: 15 1/4" Top of door panel to top of window frame: 7 1/2" Window location: Centline Window Material: Glass with steel safety mesh Number of hinges: 3 Size of hinges: 4 1/2" Vendor is recommend to fax completed specifications to: 206-217-6309.
