Quantity being procured is 7380 EA with 3566 each being shipped to (SW3227) Texarkana TX , and 3814 each being shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. FOB destination. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date 02/18/05. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 165 days with First Article Test, if First Article Test is Waived delivery will then be reduced to 90 days. A written quotation is required to be returned to the Bid Room DSCC-PBAA.
