Description

The USDA, ARS, NPA, Fort Keogh Livestock and Range Research Laboratory, Miles City, MT has a requirement for a new Center Pivot Irrigation System. The Center Pivot Irrigation Systems will be used to irrigate land used to produce forage and feed for livestock populations required for research programs. The time-frame to erect the new system is critical and it is imperative that parts and service be readily available. Work will include the supply, delivery, and installation of the new system in the field and removal of the existing system. This solicitation is being conducted using commercial items best value procedures. Evaluation criteria in no order of importance are price, quality, past performance, and warranty.
