Description: The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm-fixed price, non-personal service purchase order for a "Certified Nurse Practitioner" at the Lower Brule Service Unit in Lower Brule, S.D. The period of performance will be April 2005 through December 2005, hours per day depends on patient care workload, with five (5) days per week. Requests for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by telefax or email and it will be made available approximate 15 days AFTER the date of this publication, which will be February 23, 2005. The closing date of this RFQ package is March 15, 2005. This is a Small Business Set-Aside request.
