Description

The Department of State, Diplomatic Telecommunications Service - Program Office (DTS-PO), Fairfax, VA, intends to procure through competitive quotes, a full duplex, digital circuit capable of supporting 2.048 Mbps between the American Embassy, Damascus, Syria and the Warrenton Training Center, Elkwood, VA 22186 in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, using simplified acquisition procedures. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The services shall include a base quantity of one year with four one year options. Requests for solicitations need only be made if a potential contractor has no access to the Internet. If necessary, requests or questions should be made by letter or facsimile to the U.S. Department of State, Diplomatic Telecommunications Service - Program Office, 3920 Pender Drive, Fairfax, VA 22030, attention DTS-PO/COS/ACQ, Mr. John T.
