Description

Provide 15-Minute Response Ambulance Services for the Edward Hines Veterans Hospital, Fifth Avenue & Roosevelt Road, Hines, Illinois 60141 for the period of one year from the date of the award (with two one-year options exercised at the government?s discretion) in accordance with all specifications, statement of work, terms and conditions contained therein (NAICS 485991, $6.0 Million). Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation should be available on or about February 8, 2005. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
