Description

The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for the furnishing of lodging services for the VA Medical Center, Marion, IL 62959. Contractor shall furnish lodging for eligible veterans, family and caregivers of veterans in need of treatment. Contract term will be for a base period of one year effective April 1, 2005 with option to renew 4 additional one-year periods. Due to the nature of the procurement, hotel/motel shall be located within a three (3) mile radius of the VA Medical Center, Marion, IL. This requirement has been set-aside for 100% small business participation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated for both technical merit and price reasonableness in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation. Request for Proposal will be available on or about February 8, 2005. Due date for receipt of offers is March 7, 2005, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is March 14, 2005.
