- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number M68909-05-R-1037 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 23 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Change Notice 20050113. The Government intends to purchase from GSA schedule, on a firm fixed-price, Best Value basis a quantity of 2 each Envirodome Kit Corner Mount, Part Number ENVT24609CT, 2 each Envirodome Kit Roof Mount, Part Number ENVT24609RT, 2 each Envirodome Kit Pole Mount, Part Number ENVT24609MT, 1 each Fixed Dome Hi-Resolution Camera, Part Number LTC 9450/2! 0CH-38P, 4 each Flat Roof Mount Adaptor, Part Number LTC 9230/01, 7 each Fiber Optic Transmitter Video/Data 1 Channel, Part Number VDT1420WDM, 7 each Fiber Optic Receiver Video/Data 1 Channel, Part Number VDR1420WDM-R3, 1 each Fiber Optic Receiver card Video/Data 8 Channel, Part Number VR7820-2DRDT, 2 each Fiber Optic Transmitter card Video/Data 8 Channel, with integral power supply Part Number VR7820-2DRDT-R3, 7 each Fiber Optic Transmitter, Video 1 Channel, Part Number VT14120, 7 each Fiber Optic Receiver card, Video 1 Channel, Part Number VT14120-R3, and 8 each Camera Power Supply 24VAC @4AM MAX, 4 Fused Output , Part Number ALTV244. Bid also Installation Materials, and Installation Labor hours. INTEGRATION WITH THE EXISTING SECURITY SYSTEM IS REQUIRED. Identify non-GSA line items as Open Market. This requirement will be awarded on or about 25 February 2005 with a delivery of 60 days after award. Orders shall be quoted FOB Destination to Commanding Officer, ATTN: Su! pply Officer, MCTSSA, Building 31345, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055. Inspection and acceptance shall be made at destination. The contractor shall extend to the Government full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale. Acceptance of the warranty does not waive the Government's rights under the Inspection clause, nor does it limit the Government's rights with regard to the other terms and conditions of this contract. In the event of a conflict, the terms and conditions of the contract shall take precedence over the warranty. The warranty period shall begin upon final acceptance of the applicable deliverable listed in the schedule of the contract. THE FOLLOWING COMMERCIAL ITEM CLAUSES APPLY TO ANY NON-GSA LINE ITEMS: FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS -- COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 2004) is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) does not apply t! o this acquisition. The Government will evaluate quotations for lowest price. Offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS ALT I -- COMMERCIAL (MAY 2004) with its quotation. FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration (OCT 2003) with DFARS 252.204-7004 ALTERNATE A (NOV 2003) applies to this acquisition.
