Description
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement for an electronic Retirement Recognition Program. Through this recognition program, retirees shall be able to select one recognition item, such as a watch, frame, or crystal product, from a choice of several different items. These items will be selected electronically from either a customized web page or 1-800 number with easy ordering. The customized retirement recognition web site will be accessed through a link in our internal Intranet. Currently, the FHWA has over 3,000 employees nationwide and it is estimated that approximately 672 people nationwide are eligible to retire within the next two years. The FHWA is seeking responsible offerors who can provide the services listed above. This requirement will be done on an unrestricted basis. All interested parties shall fax a request to Stephanie D. Curtis, (202)366-3293 for the solicitation package. Your fax shall include the company name, address, contact person, telephone and fax number as well as the solicitation number. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED. This is a Simplified Acquisition and will be awarded on an unrestricted basis. Award of a blanket purchase order resulting form this solicitation will be made to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the government. Proposals will be due on December 8, 2000. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-NOV-2000).
