Description

Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, in Washington, DC intends to award an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Firm-Fixed Price contract for YAG Laser Rentals including Fiber usage and certified technician operator for urology procedures. In accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2001-27.
