A-- The NAICS code is 562111, Solid Waste Contractors. B-- The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidate Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 12.203 and FAR 13 to provide all parts, labor, materials, travel, and supervision necessary to provide collections, removal and disposal services for solid waste (non-hazardous materials) and recyclable materials in accordance with terms, conditions and specifications specified in the contract, for the Base Year period and four one-year options. The VA facility location is Martinez VA Medical Center, Martinez, California (94553) C-- The following provisions and clauses apply plus any addenda: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications --Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5 Contract terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items.
