Description
The US Army CECOM proposes to procure a sole source award to Xetron Corporation 460 West Cresentville Road, Cincinatti, OH pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, for a one-year Firm Fixed Price/Time and Materials Requirements contract with two one-year options, for approximately 225 TD-1456/VRC Frequency Hopping Multiplexer (FHMUX), spare parts, maintenance and field technical support services. Xetron is the developer and the sole producer of the FHMUX, and possesses proprietary data a ssociated with technologies and manufacturing processes used in the production of the FHMUX. Delivery Orders will be placed on a FFP b asis for hardware and on a Time and Materials basis for services to include spare parts, maintenance and field tech support. Government technical drawing package is incomplete. Government does not own all the data rights. All responsible sources may sub mit a bid or proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential bidders shall have demonstrated capabilities in dealing with militarized frequency hopping multiplexer or similar equipment. The solicitation will be posted on the Interactive Busi ness opportunity Page (IBOP), https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/.
