- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13 and the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Expandable Boom Assembly roller #3, qty--min 0, max 36, ea; 4. End Assembly for the following Boom Assembly Roller Configuration (see drawings provided herewith): Boom Assembly Roller #1, qty--min 0, max 36, ea; Boom Assembly Roller 2, Qty--min 0, max 36, ea; Boom Roller #3, qty--min 0, max 36, ea; 5. Mid Assembly for the following Boom Assembly Roller Configuration (see drawings): Boom Assembly Roller #2, qty-- min 0, max 18, ea; Boom Assembly Roller #3, qty--min 0, max 18, ea; 6. End axle for the following Boomer Roller Configuration (see drawings): Boom Assembly Roller #2, qty--min 0, max 36, ea; Boom A! ssembly Roller #3, qty--min 0, max 36, ea; 7. Full Axle for Boom Roller Assembly #1, qty--min 0, max 6, ea; 8. Mid Axle for Boom Roller Assembly #3, qty-- min 0, max 36, ea. Required delivery date within 3 weeks ARO, FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid. Anticipate FFP, IDIQ contract. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number N00244-05-T-0331is herby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26 and DFAR Change Notice 20050207. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). This solicitation is restricted to small businesses under Standard Industrial Code 3449 with a small business size standard o! f 500 employees. NAICS Code is 332114. This acquisition is being acquired for the Naval Facilities Engineering Service Center, Port Hueneme, CA. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items applies. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Paragraph (b)(5): Offers shall provide an express warranty which at a minimum shall be the same warranty terms, including offers of extended warranties, offered to the general public.
