Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to acquire on a sole-source basis to Records Imaging & Storage Inc. (RIS), 2305 Ohio Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26101, the service of Processing and Duplication of black and white 16MM original negative microfilm and duplication of original negative microfilm to produce diazo copies. In order to meet the delivery and pick-up schedule, the vendor is required to be located within a 25-mile radius of the Bureau of the Public Debt?s facility located 200 Third Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101. The Government intends to award a contract for a base and two (2) option years. The Bureau of the Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, February 14, 2005. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the requirement at terms more advantageous to the Government. No solicitation document is available. Request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affirmative responses. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to Records Imaging & Storage Inc.
