- The Mechanical Roadside Brushing Project for the Cleveland National Forest in San Diego County, Orange and Riverside, California consists of Work Area Management, Mobilization and Cutting Roadside Vegetation. Work includes completion of 50 mechanical roadside brushing pass miles and cutting trees less than four inches in diameter. The project location is the in the Cleveland National Forest System Roads and will be designated by the Contracting Officer Representative. A Vicinity Map and a Typical Brushing Detail drawing will be posted with the Solicitation Package. The contract is renewable with the base year May 2005 thru September 2005 and two option years, fiscal year October thru September. The contractor must bid on the base year and all options. Recomended starting date is May 2005. Contractors must be registered in Centeral Contractors Registry BEFORE a proposal is submitted. Proposals will not be considered without a CCR number. Registration can be done online @http://www.ccr.gov. Offer due by noon, Local Time March 28, 2005. NAICS code: 115310 Size Standard $6.0 million. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000
