Description

The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract for a Professional Concert Tour for 4th of July celebration at Fort Stewart, Ga.Attachment to Purchase Request for musical talent for the 2005 4th of July Celebration Contractor to provide all talent, staging, lighting, audio and management team on site to all talent and production requirements, including rehearsals, autograph sessions, show and load in/out supervision, catering hotels and miscellaneous equipment as not ed to present a concert tour headline by Trace Adkins or equivalent band. Request accompanying act by the Temptations or equivalent group. Request a turn key package. DESCRIPTION/SPECS/WORK STATEMENT 1. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required in connection with featuring Trace Adkins and the Temptations. 2. STAGE, LIGHTING AND AUDIO: This show shall be totally self contained and shall include the following: STAGE: The stage will be one (1) Biljax stage 28 feet wide by 24 feet deep by 5 feet high. A house mix riser one (1) with cover that is 16 feet wide by 16 feet deep by 1 foot high. Spot towers two (2) that are 8 feet wide by 8 feet deep by 10 feet high, t wo (2) stair packages and one (1) stage skirting. TOP: One (1) headblock roof system 29 feet wide by 26 feet deep with sky blue skin. LIGHTING: 48 par 64 instruments flown from top structure 1 CAE 2.4k 36 channel dimmer system 1 CAE LP1000 E6 channel control console 2 Lycian 1267 spot lights All necessary gels, cables and connectors AUDIO: HOUSE SYSTEM 1 Yamaha PM 1800/40 channel house console 16 Woodworx SR1 house enclosures 4 Woodworx MAX 5.0 house sub enclosures 1 Complete house system with drive racks, processing, effects and amp racks MONITOR SYSTEM 1 Yamaha 3210/32 channel monitor console with 10 mixes 10 Woodworx MAXI monitors 1 complete monitor system with amp racks, processing and accessories Complete mics, stands. Direct boxes and cable complement Wireless hand held mic system Power distribution system Splitter system 3. TALENT: The contractor shall provide the Trace Adkins or equivalent band. This shall include talent, travel, hotels, backline and local transportation to and from the airport. 4. MANAGEMENT: The contractor will provide a management team on site to handle the talent and the technical specifications for the entire event. Contractor will provide a management team on site to handle all talent and production requirements including r ehearsals, autograph sessions, show and load in/out supervision. 5. SET UP AND TAKE DOWN: The contractor shall be responsible for the complete set up and take down to staging, lighting, top and audio. The set up day for all staging, lighting and audio will be 3 Jul 05. The equipment will arrive in trucks. Load out will commence immediately after the show concludes. 6. NAFI: The NAFI shall provide the following: 1 electrician for load in and strike (DPW) 1 forklift operator 2 vans with drivers Gatorade and water on site for artists and crew 7. DELIVERIES AND PERFORMANCES: Delivery Schedule 6:00-9:30 PM Trace Adkins or equivalent band will perform on 4 July 2005 beginning at 7:30. Temptations or equivalent band will perform on 4 July beginning at 6:00 PM. 8. DELIVERY POINT: Entertainers will perform at Donovan Field, Fort Stewart, Georgia.
