PRON: AX579540AX, NSN: 3040-01-117-7355, PN: 145CS360-2, Quantity: 78 each minimum/390 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity requirement applicable to CH-47, delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Req uired delivery is 78 each, 324 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with First Article and 78 each, 216 DACA without First Article. The First Article Test Report is due 204 DACA.. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, CAGE Code 77272 and Western Sky Industries, CAGE Code 34742, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Al l offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
