Description: This announcement serves as a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The government intends to negotiate and award to SAS Institute Inc., Cary NC, the renewal of software license for continued use of statistical and graphic computer programming for the Mid Pacific Region. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.00. This notice will be the only official notice prior to award of the purchase order. The anticipated award date is February 22, 2005. Inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to the Contract Specialist at the U. S. Bureau of Reclamation, 2800 Cottage Way, Attn: MP-3838, Sacramento, CA 95825. Inquiries shall be received by February 18, 2005.
