- Capital District Contracting Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia intends to issue a contract to perform Tree Planting at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia. Contract period is 01 May 2005 through 30 September 2005 with four (4) option years. The solicitation will be ready on or about 10 March 2005. This proposed contract is setaside 100% small business.
